Kristen's Cancellation Policy: 5 working days’ notice is required to reschedule a course. Model class places may be transferred to another confirmed date with prior notice and agreement. Any balance due must be paid before a new date is confirmed.

Meet Kristen, a PMU artist and passionate Botched Ink® removal specialist who has been raising standards in the beauty industry since 2010. Combining her love of art and beauty, she found her perfect calling in permanent makeup.

Since completing her 132-hour PMU training in 2019, Kristen has been dedicated to perfecting her craft. She continues to pursue advanced courses to stay ahead of trends and techniques, ensuring her clients receive the highest quality results. For her, every treatment is an opportunity to create a living masterpiece.

In 2021 Kristen trained with Botched Ink®, becoming a confident and skilled removal specialist. She is committed to helping clients correct, refine, and enhance their PMU with precision and care.
