Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The draw is open to certified permanent makeup (PMU) or removal specialists, with an active and public social media presence that showcases their work as a professional technician
• Only one entry per person per month. Multiple entries will result in disqualification from that month's draw
• Entrants must submit valid contact details and a link to their active social media account to verify their eligibility

Prize

• The prize consists of one of the following:
• • Online Saline Removal Course
  • Botched Ink® Challenge (conversion course)
  • Booking deposit and Online Pre-Study
• All prizes are online training, the prize does not include the cost of any model class with an Approved Botched Ink trainer, which must be booked and paid for separately by the winner
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services
• If the winner is unable to complete the training due to personal or professional reasons, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative compensation will be offered
• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected at Botched Ink’s discretion

Additional Costs

• The prize covers the full cost of the chosen online training course or the booking deposit for the pre-study, but any additional costs, such as the model class with an Approved Botched Ink trainer, are the responsibility of the winner
• Travel or accommodation, if required for further in-person training or assessment, will not be covered by Botched Ink and must be arranged by the winner

Course Requirements

• Participants must meet all course prerequisites as outlined in the course description, such as prior PMU or removal experience, before being eligible to claim the prize
• Botched Ink reserves the right to verify that the winner has the necessary qualifications and experience before granting access to the course

How to Enter

• Entry is free and available through this page on the Botched Ink website
• By booking an entry, participants agree to provide accurate personal details and grant permission for Botched Ink to verify their status as a working tech
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win

Draw Details

• One winner will be selected at random on the 1st of each month
• Entries will close at 23:59 (GMT+0) on the last day of each month
• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided and announced on Botched Ink’s social media channels

Data Collection

• By entering the draw, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information (name, email, and social media handle) for the purpose of the draw and related promotional activities
• Personal data will not be shared with any third parties, except where necessary to facilitate the prize

General

• Botched Ink reserves the right to cancel or modify the draw at any time without prior notice
• Botched Ink’s decision in all matters related to the draw is final and binding
• Any entrants found to be in violation of these terms will be disqualified
• Entrants can win a Botched Ink training prize once
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
