You can use hand tool or machine with Botched Ink® serum. Botched Ink® has been developed to easily soak into the skin, enabling good results with either method. We also have our own hand tool

Botched Ink easily gets great results, but as more clients come to us with different types of existing pigment and old work, it's knowing how to handle tricky situations that sets a specialist apart - And we're here to turn every Botched Ink tech into a confident removal specialist!

Live Model Class

Launching our live model class outside the UK has been my dream plan ever since we crossed the pond back in 2019! I’ve always wanted to recruit Botched Ink® trainers from our officially trained and experienced Botched Ink® techs. This is how I’ve always done it in the UK, it makes for the most knowledgeable trainers, who can easily share their love for Botched Ink with our students

Things got delayed for a while (!), but in October this year, I was finally able to come over to the United States and meet the wonderful Botched Ink® techs who I’ve been talking and planning with for so long. I’m going for a few quality trainers, with beautiful venues in great locations nicely spread around the country, enabling the best live model training events!

I’m back in the US with a live model class in Tulsa, OK on 19^th March 2024, hosted by the wonderful Shanan Zickefoose from Regeneration Tulsa, who I had the pleasure of meeting at the SPCP conference in Texas!

I’m also running a ‘Train the Botched Ink® Trainer’ class during this visit, I’ll be in Tulsa only. I’m really excited to meet more Botched Ink® techs who’d also make wonderful trainers, and invite you to get in touch and make your intensions known!

Existing Training: This course is available to technicians already certified in microblading or permanent makeup (eyebrows) after receiving in-person training. If you’re only certified in lip blush, skin camouflage, areola, freckles or scalp micropigmentation, Botched Ink® training is not suitable for you

Active & New Technicians: We check that you’re currently working as a microblading or permanent makeup technician via your social media or website. Inactive profiles may affect your certification or supply of Botched Ink® serum. This doesn’t apply to new techs, we can see this from your training certificate

Removal Trainers: We do not offer any removal training, or supply Botched Ink® serum to removal trainers, or techs working for training companies offering removal. This is a conflict of interest. We do not permit trainers to promote, use or recommend Botched Ink® on their own saline tattoo removal training course. This would be trademark infringement and a conflict of interest, read the Trademarks tab

Body Tattoos, Eyeliner & Lip Tattoos: Botched Ink® is not approved for use on these areas. Botched Ink® is an advanced removal serum, and what makes it so wonderful for eyebrows, lip liner, freckles and small areas of scalp micropigmentation, make it too risky or dangerous for other areas

Online Pre-Study: If the required online pre-study has not been completed at least 2 days before the booked model class, we reserve the right to not allow you to work on models, which means training cannot be completed. You would still attend the booked model class, and instead complete 3 case studies

Model Class: 99.8% of students who work on models during the live class, complete training to our satisfaction and will be certified. However certification is not automatic

Certification: We offer a Certificate of Achievement for Saline Tattoo Removal using Botched Ink®. Most students complete training to our satisfaction and will be certified. However certification is not automatic

Engaging with our communications helps ensure successful and safe treatments, enabling clients to have easy healing and the best results. We keep you updated via email, our Official Tech Resources, and our Botched Ink® tech Facebook group.

There might be instances where we need to part ways with a technician. This could happen if a technician starts their own saline tattoo removal training, or if their practices don't align with our safety standards or brand reputation. In such cases, they can continue offering saline tattoo removal, just not with our serum or using the Botched Ink® brand or trademarks

When it comes to the Botched Ink® Find a Tech map on our website, inclusion isn't guaranteed. We feature active technicians who likely have in-date Botched Ink® available (training or purchasing from us within the last 2 years). If a tech doesn’t have their own business website or social media page, showing them as a PMU or microblading tech, we reserve the right to not list

Lastly, it's important to make sure you're allowed to offer saline tattoo removal or lightening services in your area and that your insurance company recognises Botched Ink® training

Refunds: Once we’ve accepted you as a student and enrolled you in the online pre-study, there are no refunds for any reason. When we enrol you on this course, you're sent an automatic enrolment email with login details to the training course, we also post out the first part of the student kit which includes a hard copy of the training manual. This means you lose any right to request a refund

Cancellation Policy: If you're unable to attend the booked model class, you may transfer, by prior notice and agreement, your place to another advertised date. If there is any remaining balance due for your training, this needs to be paid before we can transfer the date
